Away when we come by?

Rugs are regularly collected from houses the owner is not in, through a neighbour, a house-sitter or a property manager with a key, and returned before you get back. Say so in the form and tell us who holds access. Condition is photographed at collection either way.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by a creek, a storm or a leak?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
